RETURNS POLICY AND REFUND CONDITIONS
We are interested in the full satisfaction of our customers, therefore in the event that you are not entirely satisfied with the purchased product, you are entitled to a return of the same and to receive a refund.
PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE
Terms of purchase and general conditions of sale :
The return of the goods can be made, after sending a "Return request" to info@massport.it, with the indication of the no. order, within 14 days of receipt, at your own expense, using a courier or by post, to the following ns. Street address:
MASS SRL - VIA STRAUSS SNC - 84091 BATTIPAGLIA (SA).
The goods will have to be in a state in which it was received, with labels and bagged.
Once arrived c / oi our. warehouses, within 14 days to make, if requested, the replacement with other items, or to issue a refund equal to the cost of the goods alone.
NB: The right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to personalized goods.
These conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code in Chapter I "Consumer rights in contracts".
